Exide Energy Solutions Limited is a company with a vision to address social issues related to energy, environment, and resources through lithium-ion battery production.

We are setting up India's first Giga plant in Bengaluru to manufacture Lithium Ion Cells. To achieve our goal, we need an expert in NMC Cell design and development within the Cell R&D organization.

The role requires leading a team to design and develop NMC technology for various battery cell formats manufactured in EESL Gigafactory.

Job Specification:

  • Ensure all SFG inventories are reconciled against SAP stock, resulting in zero stock differences and optimal composition of RM and Assembly materials mentioned in BOM.
  • Implement and continuously improve 5S principles throughout production areas, enhancing Safety, quality, and efficiency in the workplace.
  • Interpret large amounts of data in SAP WMS and MES to align consumption posting and outputs with BOM.
  • This position aligns with our strategic objectives of improving operational efficiency, meeting customer demands, and driving sustainable growth in our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile Row materials, assembly materials, and Finished goods from receipt to dispatch, ensuring zero discrepancies in stock and consumption posting as per BOM.
  • Cycle count and adjust stock through approved processes.
  • Identify and implement corrective actions for discrepancies.
