Job Overview

We are seeking an expert in manufacturing operations to lead our clients towards optimal efficiency, quality, and innovation.

This role involves leveraging Modern Manufacturing Operations (MOM) and Industry 4.0 concepts to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in establishing, stabilizing, and optimizing manufacturing processes.

Industry focus areas include Automotive and EV, specifically Battery Pack Assembly, as well as Gigafactory operations for Cell Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MES capability assessments and formulate functional architecture and requirements.
  • Evaluate MES platforms based on fitment across strategic, financial, and functional pillars.
  • Knowledge of MES tools like Siemens, NEXEED, PTC, or Dassault is advantageous.
  • Identify areas for improvement, mine digital use cases, and develop strategies to enhance production efficiency, quality, and reduce costs.
  • Consult clients on automation, IoT, and data analytics in manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of IoT platforms like Insights Hub, Azure, or AWS is an added advantage.
  • Analyze production data, make data-driven decisions, and help manage performance indicators using data analytics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Business Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • MBA from a tier-1 institute (while not mandatory, it is preferred).
  • Proven experience working with Battery or EV OEMs or consulting firms in the Smart Plant vertical.
