Expert Consultant – Infor

We are seeking a seasoned expert with profound knowledge of Infor and Epicor Manufacturing ERP systems to collaborate with our team in crafting a Request for Proposal (RFP).

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to analyze business requirements related to manufacturing processes.
  • Contribute domain and product expertise in Infor or Epicor Manufacturing ERP to shape the RFP scope.
  • Assist in drafting functional and technical specifications for ERP implementation.
  • Define vendor evaluation parameters and scoring frameworks aligned to industry best practices.
  • Review and validate RFP content to ensure completeness, accuracy, and clarity.
  • Offer insights on implementation approaches, licensing models, and cost structures relevant to Infor/Epicor.
  • Support ad-hoc consultations during the RFP drafting and vendor shortlisting phases.
Required Expertise
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Infor Manufacturing or Epicor ERP.
  • Proven track record in ERP consulting, presales, or solution design.
  • Experience in RFP creation, proposal review, or vendor selection processes.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing industry processes, including production planning, supply chain management, inventory control, and shop floor control.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Infor Manufacturing or Epicor ERP, along with a proven track record in ERP consulting, presales, or solution design. They should also have experience in RFP creation, proposal review, or vendor selection processes, as well as a strong grasp of manufacturing industry processes.
