Optimizing System Performance

As a key member of the operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of production systems and services.
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will work closely with stakeholders to plan and execute maintenance activities, ensuring seamless delivery and compliance with established protocols.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence
- Plan and execute maintenance activities to enhance system reliability
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (RDBMS and NoSQL)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (YAML, JSON, PowerShell) to automate tasks and improve efficiency
- Understanding of licensing models and integration tools (IAM)
- Work closely with business stakeholders to prioritize projects and ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with service owners to develop and implement technology roadmaps
- Develop and maintain user management policies and access standards
