About the Role:

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end accounting function (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, etc.). This includes overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts.

You will ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.

Responsibilities also include preparing and reviewing financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets for management.

You will manage relationships with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

Your duties will also include monitoring cash flow, working capital, and fund management.

In addition, you will establish and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and processes.

As part of this role, you will provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making in collaboration with leadership.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in accounts and finance
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliances, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and financial systems
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
