Salesforce Technical Lead Job Description

Our company is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the implementation of Salesforce solutions across multiple departments, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Salesforce architecture and infrastructure to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, deployment plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Maintain expertise in Salesforce development and administration, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Flow Builder.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
  • Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CG Cloud.
  • Familiarity with multi-vendor environments and cross-functional coordination.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
