Job Title: Salesforce Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced system architect to design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using Salesforce.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, integrations (including migration projects), and emerging technologies like AI and CRM analytics.

You will be instrumental in driving architectural best practices and delivering an integrated customer view to enable personalized and intelligent experiences.

Day-to-Day System Architectural Activities:

  • Lead solution architecture discussions across multiple clouds.
  • Define scalable architecture patterns and best practices for implementation and integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (IT, business, developers, admins) to ensure architecture alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct technical design sessions, architect and document solutions, and present approaches to clients.
  • Oversee governance and design reviews to ensure adherence to standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with a strong track record in solution/enterprise architecture.
  • Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of security, data modeling, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with AI/ML features, particularly Agentic AI or Einstein GPT.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will lead solution architecture efforts, drive architectural best practices, and deliver an integrated customer view. Key responsibilities include leading and participating in solution architecture discussions, defining scalable architecture patterns, collaborating with stakeholders, conducting technical design sessions, overseeing governance and design reviews, and presenting approaches to clients.
