Technical Lead - Salesforce OmniStudio Solutions

Job Description:

A seasoned technical lead developer is required to oversee the end-to-end development of high-quality Salesforce OmniStudio solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Vlocity, hands-on expertise in Vlocity Omniscripts, Data Raptors, cards, integration procedures, and Lightning Web Components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop scalable, reusable, and performant Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable logic to implement complex business processes.
  • Lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions using Lightning Web Components integrated with OmniStudio.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and validate solution architecture.
  • Own technical delivery timelines and coordinate closely with project managers, QA, and DevOps.
  • Drive adherence to Salesforce development standards, including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 8+ years of experience with Vlocity.
  • Hands-on experience with Vlocity Omniscripts, Data Raptors, cards, integration procedures, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce development standards, including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
