We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer to design, implement, and optimize personalized, cross-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in AMPscript, SQL, and Salesforce CRM integrations with hands-on experience across SFMC studios.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize multi-channel campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, MobileConnect, MobilePush, CloudPages, and Contact Builder.
  • Write and optimize AMPscript & SQL queries for dynamic content and personalization.
  • Work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom templates and landing pages.
  • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other systems (MuleSoft preferred).
  • Ensure smooth data synchronization across platforms.
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize campaign deliverability and performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and analytics teams for campaign success.
  • Stay updated with Marketing Cloud best practices and new feature releases.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong expertise in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Proven track record with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, MobilePush, MobileConnect, CloudPages.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM integrations & data flows.
  • Good understanding of campaign analytics & troubleshooting.
  • Preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications, MuleSoft, Advertising Studio, Data Cloud.
