Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced
Technical Architect/Technical Lead
with strong expertise in
Loyalty Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading technical teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design
    Salesforce solutions across Loyalty Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
    .
  • Lead technical design sessions, provide technical guidance, and oversee development best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and functional consultants to translate business needs into robust solutions.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, integration, and deployment.
  • Perform code reviews, manage technical risks, and ensure performance, scalability, and security.
  • Provide mentorship to junior developers and act as a trusted technical advisor.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of Salesforce experience with a strong focus on
    Loyalty Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
    .
  • Deep knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and Salesforce configuration.
  • Experience in handling large-scale Salesforce implementations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
