Job Title: Salesforce Data Cloud Architect

About the Position:

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist to spearhead our data cloud initiatives.

This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud, as well as proven leadership skills to guide technical teams and enable enterprise-wide data-driven transformations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategy, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities to unlock customer insights, enable AI-driven personalization, and power intelligent engagement across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Architecture and Implementation: Design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
  • Data Modeling and Identity Resolution: Data modeling, identity resolution, consent management, and profile unification.
  • Collaboration with Business Stakeholders: Collaboration with business stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable Data Cloud solutions.
  • Data Governance and Compliance: Management of data governance, security, and compliance across multiple data sources.
  • Integration with External Platforms: Integration of Salesforce Data Cloud with various external platforms.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Mentorship and leadership of a team of Salesforce professionals.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ Years of Salesforce Platform Experience: 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience with at least 3+ years dedicated to Data Cloud/Customer Data Platform (CDP).
  • Proven Expertise in Salesforce Architecture: Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, data integration, and enterprise solution design.
  • Strong Knowledge of ETL/ELT Pipelines: Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, connectors, and real-time streaming.
  • Hands-on Experience with Data Modeling: Hands-on experience with data modeling, identity resolution, consent management, and profile unification.
  • Deep Understanding of Data Governance: Deep understanding of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
