Technical/Functional Skills
10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud for the engagements like implementation / Development for leading global clients and supported technical activities for the different modules / function areas
- System Configuration and Administration
- Data Management and Segmentation
- Campaign Development and Execution
- Integration and Automation
- Troubleshooting and Support
- Training and Documentation
- Monitoring and Reporting
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Proficiency
Good hands on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud related components
Good exposure in migrating the data to Cloud and configuration
Understand business requirements and translate them to technical specifications.
Lead architecture discussions as the technical representative / owner.
Prepare Technical design documents High Level Design documents and Low Level Design Documents
Guide the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interfaces / integrations / technical components with multiple other ERP systems
Experience Required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Worked on Requirement gathering, provided design & end to solution, helped development team to prepare design, documentation, Development, Testing, Implementation, user training and Maintenance and to work with the process owner to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user stories.
- Preparation of Unit / SIT / UAT Test cases and execution of the same.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to application development teams throughout all the phases of the software development life cycle.
