Job Title: Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist

We are seeking a talented professional to design and implement data cloud solutions that unify customer data from multiple systems. This role will be responsible for creating scalable customer data models, defining data streams, and integrating with various Salesforce products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure data cloud solutions, including data model objects, identity resolution, and calculated insights.
  • Develop and implement integrations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into data models and architecture.
  • Implement ETL, API, and middleware integrations for large-scale data ingestion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-9 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 2+ years in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, schema design, entity relationships, and normalization/denormalization techniques.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools, or connectors).
