Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our cloud infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT background, hands-on expertise in AWS, and proven leadership skills to effectively manage and mentor teams.

This role requires deep technical knowledge across AWS, on-premises infrastructure, networking, and Linux systems to ensure scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of solutions.

  • Lead the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AWS infrastructure.
  • Oversee on-premises infrastructure and ensure seamless integration with cloud systems.
  • Configure and maintain virtual private clouds, subnets, routing, security groups, and load balancers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AWS services, Linux/Windows systems, storage, and networking.
  • Develop and manage automation scripts to enhance operational efficiency; implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Optimize cloud costs through effective monitoring and resource utilization strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to align technical solutions with organizational objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for operational procedures, architecture, and troubleshooting guides.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) is mandatory.
Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of Linux systems (command-line expertise), Windows servers, and enterprise networking (DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, VPN, Load Balancers).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with IaC tools (CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar).
  • Strong grasp of monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of other cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
