Job Opportunity: Cloud Engineer


Overview:

A leading technology organization is seeking an experienced and motivated Cloud DevOps Engineer to join its high-performing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cloud computing, with expertise in designing and developing robust AWS-based serverless and containerized applications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Cloud Architecture & Development:
    • Design and develop scalable cloud infrastructure using services like Lambda, ECS, and EKS.
    • Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CDK.
    • Create secure and cost-optimized solutions that adhere to cloud best practices.
  • CI/CD Automation & Deployment:
    • Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.
    • Automate release workflows and infrastructure provisioning to accelerate development cycles.
  • Monitoring & Observability:
    • Implement observability tools such as Datadog, New Relic, or Dynatrace to monitor application and infrastructure health.
    • Analyze system performance metrics and troubleshoot issues proactively.
  • Collaboration & Mentorship:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver production-grade solutions.
    • Participate in code reviews, architecture reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
