Job Title: Learning Consultant

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Learning Consultant. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering high-quality educational content for our online courses and programmes.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing industry-aligned curricula under the guidance of senior faculty or programme directors.
  • Teaching and facilitating certificate programmes, focusing on engaging learning experiences.
  • Grading assignments and assessments, providing timely feedback to students.
  • Coordinating guest faculty, collaborating with senior faculty to ensure programme quality.
  • Staying updated on developments and trends in relevant industries to reflect current practices, technologies, and skills in courses.
  • Maintaining and enhancing subject matter expertise by staying current with computer science and related fields, including emerging technologies and industry practices.

Key Competencies Required For This Role:

  • Adaptability in teaching methods and content to meet evolving industry standards and learner needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working across diverse teams, including guest faculty and administrative staff.
  • A passion for student success and commitment to providing high-quality training to diverse learners.
  • Capacity to identify programme delivery challenges and propose innovative solutions.

Required Skills And Qualifications:

  • Technical and hands-on expertise in AI, business analytics, GenAI & NLP applications, full stack AI, MLOps, cyber security, cloud computing, DevOps, software application development.
  • Experience working with and delivering complex, large-scale technology projects.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years industry experience in the above areas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, engaging people in an online setting.

Desirable Additional Qualifications:

  • Certification(s) in relevant technologies or methodologies.
  • Experience mentoring or advising adult learners or professionals in a certificate or continuing education programme.
