Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Security Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and administering the Tripwire FIM solution, configuring policies and exclusions, analyzing and investigating alerts and incidents, and upgrading agents to newer versions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data security compliance and regulations, as well as experience with configuration and administration of tools. They will also be able to provide advice on how to reduce risk and implement proactive measures to enhance accuracy and effectiveness of Data Security tools.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and administering the Tripwire FIM solution
  • Configuring policies and exclusions
  • Analyzing and investigating alerts and incidents
  • Upgrading agents to newer versions
  • Fixing errors on nodes
  • Monitoring critical alerts and escalating suspicious activity
  • Understanding and following incident response processes
  • Finetuning policies to reduce false detection
  • Providing advice on data security compliance and regulations
  • Collaborating with business groups to identify and classify high-value data
  • Implementing proactive measures to enhance accuracy and effectiveness of Data Security tools
  • Generating activity charts for analysis by management
