A highly skilled and experienced Security Specialist is required to join our organization.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and expertise in the implementation, management, and optimization of DLP solutions. They will design, deploy, and maintain DLP policies to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access, transmission, and exfiltration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Protection: Design, deploy, and maintain DLP policies to safeguard sensitive data.
  • Solution Implementation: Implement and manage enterprise DLP solutions, including Digital Guardian.
  • Data Discovery: Conduct data discovery and classification to identify and protect sensitive data.
  • Incident Response: Investigate and respond to DLP incidents, minimizing damage and preventing future incidents.
  • Integration: Integrate DLP solutions with other security tools and platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • DLP Expertise: Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise DLP solutions.
  • Digital Guardian: Advanced proficiency in configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Digital Guardian endpoint, network, and discovery modules.
  • Endpoint Protection: Strong understanding of endpoint protection technologies, including device control, encryption, and endpoint detection and response (EDR).
  • Network Protocols: Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and network DLP.
  • Data Classification: Ability to classify and tag sensitive data to enforce appropriate security policies.
Experience:
  • DLP Solutions: Designed, deployed, and managed enterprise DLP solutions, specifically Digital Guardian.
  • Policies Configuration: Configured and maintained Digital Guardian policies to protect sensitive data across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments.
  • Cloud-Based Solutions: Worked with cloud-based DLP solutions.
Education:
  • Computer Science: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Industry Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CDPSE, Digital Guardian certifications).
