Job Opportunity

The goal of this role is to develop and implement a comprehensive corporate strategy that drives growth, innovation, and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute business strategies focused on long-term growth options and future growth corridors in terms of market, asset classes, and customer segments.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for identified growth opportunities, including drafting blueprints to identify and capitalize on emerging trends.
  • Cross-functional initiatives include conducting market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend analysis, identifying strategic opportunities such as diversification, digital transformation, and geographic expansion.
  • Identify key trends across the real estate value chain and translate them into actionable strategic initiatives relevant for the organization, building a playbook for driving growth and differentiation.
  • Provide competitive and market intelligence for target segments, and identify key strategic initiatives cutting across digital, ESG, SOP, and design to execute and implement in a cross-functional setting.
  • Communicate and implement the organization's strategy internally and externally, driving decision-making for medium- and long-term improvement.
  • Establish and review key strategic priorities, translating them into a comprehensive strategic plan, and facilitate and drive key strategic initiatives through inception phase.
  • Ensure departmental/unit strategic planning projects reflect organizational strategic priorities.
