Brand Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Brand Manager to lead the growth, positioning, and storytelling of our lifestyle brand. This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful connections with our audience and strengthen brand recall through integrated marketing and creative campaigns.

As a Brand Manager, you will drive the brand's voice across all touchpoints — digital, retail, PR, and collaborations — while leading a talented marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and sales
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, retail, and events
  • Ensure brand consistency across communication, visuals, and experiences
  • Lead collaborations, partnerships, influencer, and PR initiatives
  • Manage content creation for social media, website, newsletters, and offline collateral
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Partner with product and sales teams on GTM and promotional strategies
  • Measure and analyse campaign performance to ensure ROI
  • Manage agencies, vendors, and creative partners
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
  • 3–5 years' experience in brand management/marketing
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, PR, and retail branding
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Creative thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
