Technical Support Engineer

At NICE, we're pushing the boundaries of innovation and excellence. We're a global leader in the Public Safety & Justice market, providing cutting-edge software as a service for multi-media evidence management and Emergency Contact Centres. We're seeking a talented Technical Support Engineer to join our global support team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 2nd/3rd line engineering support to our products, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Provision, deploy, patch, and upgrade enterprise software hosted on Azure, working closely with our development team.
  • Collaborate with staff across the business, escalating issues when necessary, while maintaining technical and commercial relationships with end users, partners, and service providers.
  • Deploy and configure internal systems to replicate customer issues, diagnose, and repair without compromising customer data or operations.
  • Participate in a 24-7 Out of Hours call-out rota.
Requirements:
  • A rapid learner, self-motivated, and excellent communicator with problem-solving skills.
  • 4-7 years of relevant technical customer support experience, preferably in a Public Safety environment, with a strong understanding of customer service.
  • Previous experience in application, software, or product support is desirable.
  • Eligibility for SC clearance and UK residency for 5 years.
  • Working knowledge of Windows server and client technology, ideally supporting web applications and services.
  • Experience with web applications and configuration management.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with efficient, effective, and respectful communication skills.
