Job Title: Financial Operations Head

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our financial operations, ensuring seamless execution of accounting functions.

  • Oversee daily accounting processes, including AP/AR, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
  • Precisely prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Maintain accurate GST filings, TDS compliance, and coordination with external auditors.
  • Closely monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting in collaboration with leadership.
  • Efficiently manage vendor and customer accounts.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies.
  • Support business decisions with insightful financial analysis.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance (GST, TDS).
  • Proficiency in accounting tools (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
  • Previous experience handling accounting for e-commerce businesses is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications: CA Inter or MBA Finance. Preferred Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or D2C accounting roles.
