Project Leader Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled project leader to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Lead steering committee meetings and project status updates.
  • Manage budget, resource allocation, and project performance metrics.
  • Maintain and share project documentation with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams on process improvements and system integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of project management experience across business or technology domains.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP environments (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, SAP Analytics Cloud) or other ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with ERP implementations, data migration projects, or system integrations.
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
