Key Responsibilities
  • Business Growth & Revenue Generation:
    • Identify and target potential clients for conferences, meetings, and events to generate leads through strategic networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.
    • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets by understanding client requirements and proposing suitable packages and solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure timely information on facilities, pricing, and availability is provided.
    • Understand client needs and tailor proposals to meet their expectations while negotiating commercial terms to maximize profitability.
  • Proposal & Contract Negotiation:
    • Prepare and present customized proposals that highlight the value of our services, focusing on meeting client objectives and exceeding expectations.
    • Closed contracts in line with company policies and targets while fostering long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Event Planning & Execution:
    • Liaise with operations, F&B, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of conferences from planning to delivery.
    • Deliver client-centric solutions by ensuring all logistical aspects are met during event planning and execution phases.
  • Reporting & Performance Analysis:
    • Monitor and maintain accurate records of inquiries, proposals, and sales conversions within CRM systems.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and share performance updates with senior management to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets in conference or event sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of conference facilities, AV requirements, and event operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
