Job Title: Pharmaceutical Industry Professional

Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to promote and represent our pharmaceutical products among healthcare professionals, effectively fostering business growth and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Organizing appointments and meetings with community- and hospital-based healthcare staff to discuss product features and benefits.
  • Identifying and establishing new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Negotiating contracts with healthcare organizations to secure product placements and promotions.
  • Demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists, highlighting their clinical advantages and applications.
  • Undertaking relevant research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
  • Maintaining detailed records of sales performance, customer interactions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to network with healthcare professionals and industry stakeholders.
  • Reviewing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Writing reports and other documents to communicate key findings, recommendations, and insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and rapport-building with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, including CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
