Pharmaceutical Patent Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patent Professional to join our team.

About the Role:
  • Provide expert legal guidance and consulting services to pharmaceutical clients on intellectual property matters, including patentability, infringement, validity, and freedom to operate (FTO) analyses.
  • Draft and prosecute patent applications before the Indian Patent Office and Quasi-judicial forums, with a focus on pharmaceutical inventions in areas such as drug, formulations, compositions, and biologics.
  • Assist in patent litigation matters by conducting thorough legal research, drafting pleadings, and briefs.

The ideal candidate will possess a PhD in a scientific or technical field related to pharmaceuticals, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. They will work closely with clients to protect, enforce, and leverage their IP rights in a highly competitive and rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. IP Consulting: Provide expert legal advice and consulting services to pharmaceutical clients on a wide range of intellectual property matters.
  2. Patent Drafting and Prosecution: Draft and prosecute patent applications before the Indian Patent Office and Quasi-judicial forums.
  3. IP Litigation Support: Assist in patent litigation matters by conducting thorough legal research, drafting pleadings, and briefs.
