The role of Sales Associate involves leveraging B2B sales experience to drive business growth and revenue. To achieve this, the candidate must be skilled in new business development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and Onboarding New Buyers: Utilize cold calls, reference meetings, and direct interactions to identify and onboard new buyers.
- Distributor and Channel Partner Management: Develop relationships with distributors and channel partners to increase platform adoption.
- Sales Enablement: Train and guide buyers on raising buying requirements (RFQ) on the platform and ensure maximum conversion of RFQs.
- Cross-Selling and Financial Solutions: Promote platform-linked financial offerings to buyers and coordinate with supply teams for quotes.
- Customer Experience: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and activate dormant accounts through regular meetings.
- Awareness and Education: Create awareness about portal subscription plans and paid services among buyers.
