Supply Chain Leader Job Description

The Supply Head role is an opportunity to architect and scale a supply chain for a growing festive ethnic wear label. The position will enable speed, reliability, and creativity across sourcing, production, and logistics.

  • Develop and implement a scalable and agile supply backbone that supports business growth.
  • Lead vendor and production partnerships to build a strong ecosystem of suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to forecast and optimize working capital.
  • Implement systems for sourcing, procurement, production tracking, and logistics with a focus on speed and cost efficiency.

Key qualifications include 8-10 years in supply chain, sourcing, or production roles, with experience in inventory planning, budgeting, and cost optimization. A strong foundation in education and prior experience in sourcing and supply chain are preferred. Leadership skills to build teams, negotiate partnerships, and drive execution are essential, as well as a willingness to travel extensively.

The successful candidate will own the end-to-end supply ecosystem, including fabric sourcing, vendor partnerships, demand planning, inventory, and distribution. Based in Jaipur, the Supply Head will build a supply chain that can handle rapid launches, seasonal peaks, and national scale while maintaining craftsmanship and quality.
