We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our global supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement and inventory management to logistics and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement effective supply chain strategies that align with company goals.
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, inventory, and logistics.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Analyze supply chain performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with production, sales, finance, and logistics teams to forecast demand and manage supply.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and industry standards.
  • Oversee import/export activities and customs clearance when required.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks in supply chain disruptions.
  • Lead and mentor the supply chain team to ensure professional growth and efficiency.
  • Implement digital tools and ERP systems for better tracking and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6–8 years of proven experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and supply chain management software.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
