About this Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead our entire supply chain function, encompassing procurement, vendor development, logistics, inventory, and distribution. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective supply chain management strategies aligned with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development & Implementation: Create and execute comprehensive supply chain plans that align with organizational goals.
  2. Purchase Order Generation & Vendor Management: Manage purchase order generation and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  3. Vendor Relationship Building: Identify, evaluate, and register vendors while negotiating optimal commercial and contractual terms.
  4. Material Dispatch & Logistics: Ensure timely material dispatches in accordance with customer requirements and project deadlines.
  5. Inventory & Material Management: Oversee material planning, stocking, and distribution to avoid stock shortages or overstocking.
  6. Invoicing & Documentation: Supervise vendor invoicing, documentation, and payment processing with precision and timeliness.
  7. MIS Reporting: Generate supply chain-related reports for management review and decision-making.
  8. Team Leadership & Process Improvement: Lead and mentor the supply chain team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Bachelor of Technology in Electricals or Electronics (Essential).
  • Experience: Up to 20 years of proven experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in manufacturing, EPC, or engineering industries.
  • Expertise: Strong expertise in procurement, negotiation, vendor registration, logistics, inventory, and invoicing.
  • Skills: Excellent understanding of E-way bills, challans, MIS reporting, and stock management. Proficiency in ERP/SCM software and advanced MS Excel skills.
