You are a detail-oriented and data-driven professional with experience in pharmaceutical supply chains. Your background includes process improvement, cost control, and compliance.

Responsibilities:
  1. SOP Development & Process Compliance
  • Develop, review, and maintain SOPs aligned with regulatory standards. Ensure operational procedures meet requirements.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to address root causes and drive measurable improvements.
  1. Continuous Improvement (CI) & Project Management
  • Identify and execute CI projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization in procurement, logistics, and warehousing.
  • Monitor and report on core supply chain KPIs (lead time, OTIF, inventory turns, supplier performance).
  1. Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Design dashboards and advanced analytical reports using Excel, Power BI, or relevant tools.
  1. Procurement & Supplier Management
  • Support the procurement of APIs, excipients, and packaging materials, ensuring quality compliance and supplier performance.
  • Drive vendor evaluation, qualification, and timely material availability.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with QA, QC, Production, and Planning teams for seamless batch scheduling and material flow.
  • Support audits with accurate documentation and supply chain evidence.

You bring to this role: Experience in pharmaceutical supply chains, strong command of MS Excel, project management experience, proficiency in ERP systems and analytics platforms, excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
