Senior E-commerce Developer

A senior-level e-commerce developer is required to manage and optimize a portfolio of WordPress/WooCommerce websites across multiple brands. This is a fully remote/home-based role with flexible setup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build new websites and customize existing ones using WordPress + Elementor templates.
  • Develop and manage custom plugins and advanced WooCommerce features.
  • Implement international website functionality (geo-location, multi-currency, multi-language).
  • Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies across all sites.
  • Design and run A/B split tests, analyzing results and implementing improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and data teams to maximize ROI.
  • Continuously improve technical performance, SEO, and user experience.

Requirements:
  • Expert-level skills in WordPress customization (themes, plugins, hooks, filters).
  • Strong knowledge of WooCommerce management, optimization, and scaling.
  • Hands-on experience in CRO strategy, A/B testing, and analytics tracking.
  • Skilled in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and PHP for WordPress.
  • Proven track record of increasing conversion rates.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver measurable outcomes.
