Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled e-commerce professional to manage our online presence and drive sales growth.

  • E-commerce professionals will be responsible for managing product listings, inventory, pricing strategies, sales optimization, and customer service across various online marketplaces and D2C channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Listings & Content Management
  • Create, manage, and optimize product listings across various marketplaces and D2C channels.
  • Ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords.
  • Monitor competitor listings and implement improvements based on trends and best practices.
Marketplace & D2C Optimization
  • Analyze marketplace performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to optimize product listings for higher visibility and conversion.
  • Conduct competition analysis of pricing, marketing, and new products.
Inventory Management
  • Ensure the availability of products and manage stock levels to avoid out-of-stock situations or overstocking.
  • Coordinate with warehouse or logistics teams to ensure timely restocking and dispatching.
Order & Customer Management
  • Oversee order processing, ensuring smooth and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies regarding customer service and returns.
Pricing & Promotions
  • Monitor pricing strategies to remain competitive within the marketplace.
  • Implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and bundles to drive sales and attract new customers.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer reviews, to assess marketplace performance.
  • Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders regarding performance and trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce management or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
