**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Multiphase Flow Expert to lead our flow assurance efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and mitigating flow assurance risks, optimizing digital tools, and providing technical expertise to support our global subsea operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Analyze and interpret multiphase flow data to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate flow assurance risks, including the use of advanced software and modeling techniques.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to optimize digital tools and processes, ensuring seamless integration with our global subsea operations.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to field partners and asset hubs, ensuring alignment with our operating philosophies and guidelines.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant science or engineering discipline (chemical, mechanical, or petroleum engineering).
  • Demonstrable knowledge of flow assurance risks and mitigation strategies, as well as a working knowledge of disciplines affected by or affecting flow assurance threats.
  • Expertise in multiphase flow and thermohydraulics, with experience using flow assurance software such as OLGA, Pipesim, PVTSIM, and Multiflash.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

**Nice to Have**

  • Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages, such as Python or R.
  • Familiarity with database management and data visualization tools.
