We are seeking an accomplished Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Analyst to join our team in a dynamic and challenging role. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for performing high-fidelity CFD simulations to optimize product design for efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-fidelity CFD simulations for fluid flow, heat transfer, and aerodynamics using Star-CCM+ software
  • Analyze fluid-thermal interactions, turbulence effects, and pressure distributions to optimize product design for efficiency and performance
  • Generate high-quality computational meshes using tools like Creo & Start CCM+ to ensure accurate simulation results
  • Interpret simulation results using visualization tools (ParaView, Tecplot, CFD-Post) and provide actionable design recommendations
  • Correlate CFD results with experimental data and physical testing to improve model accuracy and reliability
  • Work on conjugate heat transfer (CHT), multiphase flow, and fluid-structure interaction (FSI) problems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in CFD analysis and simulation
  • Strong knowledge of fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and turbulence modeling
  • Expertise in CFD software Star-CCM+ & Creo for Model generation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication abilities
