Seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and execution of our corporate communications strategy, focusing on media relations, thought leadership, and online reputation management.

A strong background in PR, corporate communications, or brand management is essential. Experience in fintech, BFSI, payments, or regulated industries is highly desirable.

This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in launching branded content/IPs, sponsorships, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, project management, and agency leadership skills.

We are looking for a creative problem solver who can develop proactive response strategies to misinformation or negative sentiment. Strong relationships with India's top-tier business, technology, and fintech media are a must.

The successful candidate will have 8–12 years of experience in their field and be comfortable working cross-functionally with teams across marketing, business, management, legal & compliance, HR, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead Pay10's corporate communication and brand positioning strategy for the Indian market
  • Define and maintain a consistent brand identity, voice, and messaging framework across all touchpoints
  • Drive reputation management efforts with a balance of storytelling, credibility, and compliance
  • Build and manage strong relationships with India's top-tier business, technology, and fintech media
  • Lead ORM across platforms using monitoring and sentiment tools
  • Conceptualize and launch branded content series and thought leadership platforms
  • Manage end-to-end execution, performance measurement, and partner coordination
