Job Title: Marketing Director

This high-impact leadership position combines strategic thinking, data-driven marketing, and executional excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive lead generation across digital, events, account-based marketing, PR, and content syndication.
  • Design and implement lead capture, scoring, nurturing, and MQL qualification processes to ensure seamless handoff to sales teams.
  • Run account-based marketing programs for top target enterprise accounts in BFSI, IT/ITES, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Collaborate with channel partners for co-marketing campaigns and drive webinars, roundtables, and thought leadership content tailored to government and enterprise stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of experience in B2B demand generation, with exposure to B2G/government marketing preferred.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity, SaaS, enterprise technology, or GovTech.
  • Proven track record in ABM, digital marketing, PR, and events.
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics and MarTech tools.
