Your Mission (a.k.a What Youll Do)
  • Be the voice of the company and respond to customers via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-app chats.
  • Guide customers through their loan journey from application to pledge, withdrawals, repayments, and closure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve queries quickly and accurately, ensuring speed and efficiency.
  • Follow up like a pro, leaving no query behind.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our product and tech teams to ensure smooth experiences.
  • Share insights from customers that can help us make the lending platform even better.
