Drive investment growth as a crucial member of our team, responsible for identifying and evaluating high-potential FinTech and Financial Services startups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and analyze emerging market opportunities through rigorous research and relationship-building.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive due diligence processes, including market analysis and financial modeling, to inform strategic investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with founders and advisors to structure and document investments, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Provide strategic guidance and operational support to portfolio companies, driving value creation and long-term success.
  • Represent the firm in industry forums and research publications, showcasing expertise and thought leadership in FinTech and Financial Services.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and peer mentorship within the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications and Relevant Experience:

  • Master's degree or MBA in business or a related field, with a strong understanding of Venture Capital and FinTech domains.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Associate or Analyst in Venture capital or Investment Banking, with exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
