As a Senior Manager in Customer Development, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for managing business processes, tools, and systems that enable Customer Account Managers to focus on growth activities.

The role involves leading and managing the deductions management team, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer deductions, and driving transformation and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline deduction processes and enhance reporting accuracy.

You will interact with internal stakeholders, build and maintain relationships with key customers, serve as an escalation point for complex deduction issues, and develop strategies to reduce invalid deductions and improve recovery rates.

Key responsibilities include managing a team size of 40+, managing NPS and SLAs, being proactive and self-motivated to follow up or chase with multiple teams for pending information, evaluating and updating customer systems, resolving regular queries, and creating reports and providing analytics.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in team leading and management, MIS and/or reporting experience, and a fair understanding of upstream and downstream processes in trade promotions. Fluency in English, proficient oral and written communication skills, and experience in Microsoft suite are also essential.

Preferred qualifications include exposure to consumer goods industries, proficiency in Trade Promotions Management tools, and certification in Trade Promotions Management. Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving, organization skills, and attention to detail are also valuable assets.
