Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our efforts in implementing the global template SAP S/4HANA system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze regional/segment-specific business requirements towards the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners.
  • Drive adaptation of end-to-end business processes (incl. process modelling) towards goals of harmonization & standardization and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, e.g., data cleansing.
  • Develop process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processes.
  • Define and execute the Cut-Over strategy with a focus on data migration and roles setup and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant professional experience, good understanding of end-to-end business processes for lead to cash & service to customer, knowledge of ERP-Systems, especially for SAP S/4 with a focus on SD, experience with business requirements analysis and business processes modelling, proven track record in handling complex projects within larger international companies and various stakeholders, conceptual, results-oriented working style with an attention to detail, strong communication skills, excellent verbal and written English skills, and German or other language skills are a plus.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant professional experience: 5+ years
  • Good understanding of end-to-end business processes for lead to cash & service to customer
  • Knowledge of ERP-Systems, especially for SAP S/4 with a focus on SD
  • Experience with business requirements analysis and business processes modelling
  • Proven track record in handling complex projects within larger international companies and various stakeholders
  • Conceptual, results-oriented working style with an attention to detail
