Job Opportunity:
A highly experienced and skilled Business Consultant is required to lead our Order-to-Cash (O2C) process optimization, automation, and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with multiple clients, driving process excellence, and leading high-performing teams.

About the Role:
  • Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals with a focus on performance, career growth, and delivery excellence.
  • Drive O2C process optimization, automation, and transformation initiatives across diverse client engagements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, IT, Finance, and Shared Service Centers (SSC) to deliver actionable business insights.

Key Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess strong consulting experience, with exposure to working across multiple clients and industries. A deep understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, best practices, and transformation levers is essential. In addition, hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau, strong skills in reporting, dashboards, and data visualization are required. Practical knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar) to support O2C operations and analytics is also necessary. Finally, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, are critical for success.
