Job Title: Senior General Manager and Assistant General Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior leasing manager to lead our leasing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating and organizing leasing transactions and agreements, managing and directing the daily activities of the leasing operations department, overseeing completion of all necessary paperwork, and ensuring proper customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate principles and practices, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating and organizing leasing transactions and agreements;
  • Managing and directing the daily activities of the leasing operations department;
  • Overseeing completion of all necessary paperwork and ensuring proper customer service;

Required Skills and Qualifications:
