We are seeking an accomplished accounting professional to drive lease accounting excellence and foster a culture of compliance.

  • Oversee centralized lease accounting processes, ensuring seamless execution, timely payment, and accurate billing.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of legal documents to determine lease classification and advise on ASC 842 compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Participate in regular review and analysis of financial reports, including subledger work, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
  • Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with departments to ensure accurate accounting and reporting of lease transactions.
