Job Title: Financial Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare accurate and timely consolidated/standalone books of accounts & financial reports.
  2. Review and issue Consolidated and Standalone Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity and Notes to accounts as per Indian accounting standards and Schedule III as a part of the period-end close process to stakeholders.
  3. Comply with SEBI LODR guidelines.
  4. Ensure RPT compliance data.
  5. Account for critical aspects ESOP, Business combinations, Trade deposits, etc.
  6. Maintain extremely high standards of accuracy in representation of financial data and ensure timely and error-free statutory financial reporting.
  7. Approve Related Party Transactions Schedule/reconciliation at period-end to ensure accurate consolidation of financials.
  8. Analyze consolidated reports and reason key variances before circulation.
  9. Assist internal and external auditors with smooth query resolution for issues related to consolidation by giving complete, timely and accurate responses to information requests.
  10. Provide recommendations to improve current Consolidation process by reducing overall Turn-Around-Time (TAT) of the process to improve reporting speed and efficiency.
  11. Foster a 'customer centric' and 'partnership approach' to develop strong relationships with other working groups.
  12. Perform error-resolution to high standards, within reasonable timeframes, and with end-user satisfaction in mind.
  13. Participate effectively in the team and facilitate building of a strong team culture.
  14. Maintain Fixed Asset Register and coordinate physical verification of assets.
  15. Work lease accounting as per IND AS 116 and control Lease asset schedule.

Required Skills:

  1. Experience in financial reporting process preferably in same/ similar industry.
  2. Knowledge and experience of SAP S4 HANA – ERP system.
  3. Sound understanding of various Financial Accounting Standards (local and global) and Accounting Principles.
  4. Expert in tools and systems for Financial Consolidation.
