Job Description

Overview

The Manager of Lease Abstraction will oversee the daily functions of this critical team, reporting directly to the Senior Director. This leadership role requires local managed services oversight, people management of managed services employees, and engaging with business leaders globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead local managed services teams and manage global integration and standardization.
  • Engage with business leaders locally and globally to build and support the managed services team in India.
  • Drive global integration and standardization in India, working closely with the managed services department service offering leadership.
  • Work with global and local leadership to ensure commonality of approach and resource management.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in lease abstraction or a related field, with a proven track record of managing global teams or other relevant leadership experience.

Additional Requirements

  • Manage abstraction projects, conduct regular meetings, and resolve issues.
  • Train and onboard new abstractors to develop the team.
  • Develop leadership skills, including inspiring a team to achieve great things.
  • Execute concrete actions to deliver results.
  • Excel in communication, planning, motivation, coaching, and cross-team collaboration skills.
