Lead Quality Assurance Specialist

The role of Quality Engineering Lead is a critical one in ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications. This position involves leading a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.
As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for guiding your team through the complexities of project management and testing strategies. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications, while also developing and implementing effective testing strategies that align with business objectives.
You will focus on applying your knowledge of quality processes and methodologies to enhance the testing lifecycle, ensuring that all aspects of quality are addressed throughout the development process.
Required Skills and QualificationsMust-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Selenium
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Java
Strong Understanding of Automated Testing Frameworks and Tools:
- Automated testing frameworks
- Defect tracking tools
Additional Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Selenium
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools
