Crest is seeking a highly skilled Building Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the smooth execution of fit-out projects in residential properties, while maintaining the integrity and quality of the premises. This involves closely monitoring work in progress, implementing guidelines and regulations, and ensuring adherence to established processes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.

This position requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement fit-out guidelines and inform stakeholders of their responsibilities.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and prevent damage to property.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials used, and any deviations from standard plans or layouts.
  • Provide necessary forms and documentation to contractors and stakeholders.
  • Attend customer meetings and communicate effectively with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a residential background.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
