Enterprise Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Enterprise Sales Professional to drive the adoption and success of our bank offers within our enterprise merchant network. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, strengthening relationships with existing merchants, and optimizing their campaigns for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchant Engagement & Adoption (Hunting)
    • Identify enterprise merchants who are not currently utilizing bank offers but could benefit from them.
  • Account Management & Retention (Farming)
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing enterprise merchants.
    • Understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements related to bank offer performance.
  • Bank Offer Pipeline Optimization
    • Collaborate with the banking alliance sales team to identify and secure attractive bank offers for merchants.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5-10 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets related to product adoption, customer retention, or revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the payments landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
