Service Transition Specialist

This is a challenging role for an experienced professional to work as a key member of our team. As a Service Transition Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that IT service operations are delivered against targets and contractual obligations.

  • You will conduct End-to-End Service Transition reviews with internal and supplier teams across all integrated service components.
  • Develop and recommend improvements to standard and moderately complex application transition processes and procedures.
  • Analyze and prioritize transition deliverables, working closely with project and AMS teams.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate staff.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in service transition management, collaborating with regional and global teams to deliver solutions that meet business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 8 years of related work experience
  • Experience in using tools like Remedy, Power BI, Project Management tools for operations
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
